  Deserves a review. I've tried the other Chinese place near Walmart and personally I prefer the service and especially the food quality here at the Golden Bowl. I tend to prefer the basics, like sweet and sour chicken with fried rice (as a combo which includes the egg roll as well), but I get that everywhere so it serves as a good baseline for comparison. I must say that the chicken is always very tasty and the egg rolls are actually great. I've moved many times over the past few years and I will tend to settle on a good local Chinese spot and with all the choices in the area, this is my favorite by far.
  
  I'm actually a huge sucker for the crab rangoon fried wontons and here they always fry them perfectly, with the wonton crispy and golden brown. Its usually the reason I end up opting for chinese food that day. They fold them with the four points of the wonton pointing out and upward with the cream cheese filling in the pocket at the bottom. I've noticed some other places tend to do it differently (not sure why).
  
  When I order, it is usually ready for pick up very quickly (I'm talking 10min, 20min most) or 20min to 30min max for delivery. Even with the location, parking isn't really a problem, as I tend to just pull up in the Rite Aid lot across the street and walk right on over across 29.

  This place smells like urine. I don't understand how they stay open. Please stay away unless you like urine.

  Called to make a delivery order and the woman who was taking my order first told me my order needed to be more expensive to be delivered , so I increased my order ONLY for this reason then when my order was complete she then told me my address is to far for delivery . My location was a 7 minute drive away , long story short this place does not like to deliver. Ohhh and before refusing to deliver she asked if I would tip the driver for such a "long drive"

  I used to come here with my friends a lot after school. It was a close, convenient place to meet up and grad something quick to eat. My friends would order in Chinese, and some of them went there quite a lot so they had access to the "secret" menu (basically a menu of traditional Chinese food written in mandarin). Those dishes were the best as it's a little difficult to find authentic food like that around here. Their regular menu is also pretty good, but I know a few people that got sick from it on multiple occasions. I never did so I don't really care.

  My husband and I started ordering from the Golden Bowl about 6 months ago after we had a negative experience with the China Wok in East Greenville, PA. I tend to use my VISA to order since we usually get a good bit of food and I continuously got hung up on and yelled at, which was unacceptable.
  
  We ordered at the Golden Bowl, and were happy to find out that they deliver which is convenient and the quality of the food is amazing. The combination platters are fresh, the beef isn't chewy, and honestly, it's quick and hot when it arrives at our house.
  
  I would reccommend this place to anyone living in the tri-borough looking for a good Chinese joint.
